DEEG:The Deeg lake Palace is a mini oasis 32 km from Bharatpur in Rajasthan and 250 km from Delhi. Built in 1772 as a luxurious summer resort for the rulers of Bharatpur State the palace was in active use till the early 1970s. Today is is a wonderful destination for filmmakers to showcase the Rajasthan style architecture. It has a museum, a lake and large tank spread with a Lush garden.
