Ranthambhore National Park

Once the hunting grounds of the maharajas of Jaipur and later of the British, the present day Ranthambhore National Park is under the Project Tiger of India.

Close to the sleepy Sawai Madhopur town and railway station in Rajasthan, this ecological niche is a roaring success story for breeding tigers. Truckloads of tourists from across the globe come in droves to see the big cats in their raw state of living.
